There were numerous acts to see at Coachella Music & Art Festival last weekend in Indio California, but the most talked about set was that of Canadian born dj/producer.....deadmau5!deadmau5, AKA Joel Zimmerman of Toronto, put on a show that may change how other dj's perform at big events. After dropping a few new monster tracks at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, he chose Coachella to be the site of the first showing of his new set-up! With a background of LED lights, a raised booth that resembles a 3D cube (it reminds me of a fighter jet), and last but not least, his new 100% LED mau5head. It is fucking insanse! With a price tag of approximately 60,000 British Pounds (approximately $95,000CAD) it was nothing short of spectacular.

With having missed out at Coachella, I am sure to be seeing deadmau5 at the Electric Daisy Carnival in LA which he is head-lining on Friday June 25th! Also, deadmau5 will be giving Calgary fans a chance to see his skills on July 7th at Flames Central, be sure to get your tickets because it will be epic!
